We Need Great People
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling online advertising to major corporate accounts and their advertising agencies through strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You will need to demonstrate a consultative advertising sales approach and show that you can communicate the value of our audience to both agency planners as well as senior level marketing decision makers. We prefer 1-2 years experience working in online media, with preferably 3 years in overall advertising sales experience. Traditional media sales experience and/or experience selling to leading Life Science, Pharmaceutical companies and/or top tier Madison Avenue agencies companies is a plus.

Job Details
Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and analyzing the market to identify, pursue and close strategic accounts
  • Presenting the LabRoots story to leading advertising agencies and ensuring LabRoots is considered and included in media plans
  • Developing strategic relationships with senior level marketing decision makers at major science companies to develop and close new advertising partnerships
  • Hitting revenue targets by landing new business and growing accounts deep and wide
  • Creating sales proposals and presentations
  • Accurately forecasting sales opportunities
